We need to look a brand’s ecosystem holistically, inspiring teams and audiences alike, thus, achieving also our business goals.
Gain knowledge of users, context, gather user data, analytics, data driven research, conduct interviews, online surveys, create personas and source studies.
Build user profiles, structure, label, and organize the content and to outline and structure the project, site maps, content, screen flows, navigation models, task flows, user journeys, card sorting and built scenarios.
Bring ideas in front of users, get their feedback. Evaluate, select and test wireframe concepts for prototype development.<br /> Creation of paper prototypes, interactive wireframes in Low-Fide.
Evolve concept/ wireframes into full solutions and high-fidelity design. validate with stakeholders, developers, and designers to champion and guide the vision.
Perform usability testing, interviews, focus groups, remote testing, recording sessions, A/B testing, depending on the product and project, in order to fix, refine and curate the experience and design.
