Visual Storytelling that drives measurable engagement and performance
MetLife HealthHub was designed as a user-centered platform that simplifies the healthcare journey—first for patients, and later adapted for partners and medical professionals. The experience brings clarity, focus, and emotional intelligence to every interaction. Through intuitive storytelling and a thoughtfully designed interface, it reduces stress and highlights key touchpoints such as appointments, services, bills, and support resources—all at a glance.
MetLife HealthHUB: Personalization Meets Purpose
The goal was to design an organic, stylish, and high-quality experience that adapts to each user—reflecting a truly user-centric approach. I developed an immersive set of visual elements, platform-consistent GUI components, and image-driven storytelling to align brand values with both company goals and individual user needs.
Working with self-learning algorithms, the system dynamically transformed the interface—reorganizing content, visuals, and data displays in real time. From personalized dashboards to behavior-responsive graphs and reports, every interaction was designed to deliver a seamless, data-driven, and human-centered journey—helping clients navigate the full continuum of care with clarity and confidence.
As the design and brand lead for this project, I collaborated closely with the branding team to ensure the creative concept, visual storytelling, and interface strategy aligned with their extensive brand guidelines. At the same time, I focused on making every touchpoint human-centered, scalable, and future-ready. The platform was built to support a network of over 175,000 users across the U.S., with flexible features designed for long-term growth.
